The latest short film from writer/director Brian Petsos stars (just like his 2012-movie Revenge for Jolly!) Oscar Isaac and Kristen Wiig in key roles. The first trailer for Lightningface has been released, and while we don’t see Wiig, we can hear her voice as Katherine, the ex-girlfriend. The short centers around Basil Stitt, “who in the aftermath of an inexplicable incident, decides to sequester himself inside his apartment, setting the stage for a profound transformation.”

No release date has been announced, but Lightningface is believed to play at various film festivals this Spring. Watch the trailer below.
