The filming for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty continued yesterday in downtown Manhattan. Kristen Wiig and Ben Stiller have been doing reshoots for the film – scheduled for a release on December 25 – for the past few days. Kristen Wiig was once again spotted doing some reshoots for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty in New York City yesterday. This time they filmed some scenes in Manhattan as well as Central Park. Yesterday Kristen Wiig was spotted doing some reshoots for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty in the middle of Manhattan. She was photographed alongside director/actor/producer Ben Stiller for the scene (originally filmed on May 30 a year ago). Check out 24 photos from the set in our photo gallery.

CinemaCon – ‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’ presentation

As mentioned in a previous post, 20th Century Fox held its presentation of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty yesterday as a part of the 2013 CinemaCon. Not only was director, producer and star Ben Stiller there, but Kristen Wiig as well! The duo talked about the movie and shared 13 minutes of footage from the film. After the presentation Twitter blew up with buzz about a potential awards contender in Walter Mitty! ‘Walter Mitty’ footage to screen at CinemaCon

The Los Angeles Times has published the first photo of Ben Stiller in The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, the remake of the 1947 Danny Kaye film. Stiller’s Mitty is a photo editor at LIFE magazine whose daydreaming makes him an object of ridicule and keeps him from a woman he admires (Kristen Wiig). He goes on a series of quests — ostensibly to locate a missing image (taken by a photographer played by Sean Penn), but in fact to find his true self. The studio will also be showing 15 minutes of footage from the film at CinemaCon this week in Las Vegas! I’m sure we’ll get a ton of reactions from audiences through Twitter and other social medias. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is coming to cinemas on December 25 this year.
